PUR Reinforcement Material

This is a two-component polyurea material, with high adhesion and mechanical strength of resin, good durability and long life. During grouting, a special grouting pump is needed to inject components A and B at volume ratio of 1:1, the low viscosity mixture will remain in a liquid state less than 2 minutes, penetrate into the small cracks to produce the penetrating network structure, so as to effectively reinforce the use area.

1. Strengthen the broken coal (rock) roof, ensure the safety of workers and improve the production schedule.

2. Strengthen the coal pillar along the goaf excavation and crushing coal pillar, reduce the air leakage of coal pillar and goaf, prevent the natural ignition of goaf.

3. Block the shaft water flow, reduce or eliminate the shaft wall water or leakage, and ensure the long-term safe use of shaft equipment.

Store in dry, well-ventilated and cool warehouse, away from the open flame, and isolated from the heat source to avoid direct sunlight. 6-8 month unopened
